Medical…

Provision CARES Proton Therapy is coming soon. This will be the 3rd Cancer Treatment location in the U.S. According to the company, 1,000 patients per year can be treated at the proton center.  https://hamlinfl.com/venues/health/provision-cares-proton-therapy/

Restaurants…

In addition, we have a Ford’s Garage, Yeoman’s Cask & Lion and Capone’s Coal Fired Pizza in the works.

Yeoman’s Cask and Lion will be a good place to go on a Friday or Saturday night. They have open mic nights for local musicians and live music. They are an English/American pub that has over 100 craft beers.

Reopening…..

Lastly, our beloved Disney has announced its reopening! Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom will open July 11. Following, Hollywood Studios and Epcot  July 15th! Disney springs opened first to the public on May 27th.

As a response to Covid-19, Disney is taking precautions by having all cast members and Guests over 2 yrs old wear face coverings. Also, checking everyone’s temperature with a no touch thermometer upon arrival. Anyone with a temperature over 100.4 will not be allowed to enter along with those in their party.

Recently reopened..

Universal Studios, Orlando opened on June 7th with a similar list of guidelines. Like Disney, they are taking a similar approach by  following the 3 S’s, Sanitization, Screening and Spacing.
